Part One covers the events leading up to Jason's birth and Pelias coup d'état at Iolcus.

Part Two covers Jason's early life with the centaur Cheiron on Mount Pelion and his friendships, leading up to a dangerous journey through Greece which shapes Jason's character and future.

Part Three covers Jason's return to Mount Pelion as an adult and his travels as he struggles to accept his true identity. The climactic encounter with the Delphic oracle leaves Jason shaken to the core by a terrifying prophecy of the future.

Part Four covers the endeavours of Jason, Peleus and Cheiron to prepare for the Argonaut expedition. Diplomacy, cunning and courage are required to combat attempts to thwart them. Both sides are inexorably drawn towards a fatal battle on Mount Pholoe, a battle which will have a profound impact on all involved.
